Do you know when to hold ’em and when to fold ’em? If you do, put on your poker face for a fun virtual casino adventure with Texas Hold’em. You can start playing for free in practice mode now at the top European casino.
How To Play Texas Hold’em
The goal of this popular poker variant is to make up the best possible card hand with five cards. To start the game, set your bet. You can bet as little as a single euro or as much as 40 euros per round. Click the desired chip value at the bottom of the screen, and then click the ante section. Next, click the deal button.
You are dealt two cards initially. The bank also receives two cards. You will not receive the full five cards until several steps take place, and you have the chance for additional bets as you go.
Folding And Calling
After you receive your initial cards, you have two options. If you fold, you lose your ante bet and stop the game. Alternately, you can click call to continue. This also makes an automatic flop bet. Three more cards will appear on your screen, and the bank receives a flop as well.
Turn And River
At this point, you can proceed to the turn. You may continue playing without making another wager. Also, you can wager more chips on the appropriate section. Lastly, you proceed to the river. If you want to wager more, place more chips. You can also skip betting. Next, a fifth card is added to the flop. Your cards are then revealed against the bank’s hand to see who wins.
Winning Card Hands
If you have played poker and are familiar with winning hands, you can skip this section. However, you should familiarise yourself with these hands and terms if you are new to the game:
A pair includes two cards of the same value.
A two pair includes a pair of any two different card values.
A three of a kind includes three same-value cards.
A straight includes five cards with consecutive values but differing suits.
A flush includes five cards from the same suit that need not be consecutive.
A full house includes three same-value cards and two additional cards with identical values that are different from the set of three.
A four of a kind includes four same-value cards.
A straight flush includes five consecutive cards of the same suit.
A royal flush includes an ace, king, queen, jack and 10 of the same suit.
